Each day your dog will receive…

3 individual 20-minute play, walk and cuddle sessions out of their kennel with one of our experienced kennel staff. We would be delighted to take your active pup on a walk around our local neighborhood with your consent (Weather Permitting). Don’t forget to look at our extras menu for special goodies to spoil your pet(s) while they are staying with us!!

Each kennel has…

A Cool-A-Roo bed, unlimited fluffy bedding and stainless steel water and food dishes. We encourage you to bring your own food, toys, blankets/bedding and any other personal items to make your pet as comfortable as possible during their stay.

Your dog will receive a complimentary bath…

Baths will be given the night before or morning of departure. We use Hylyt Conditioning Shampoo for all of our baths. This shampoo is safe for dogs of all ages and sizes! Please let us know if your dog requires one of our medicated baths due to allergies or skin issues. There will be an additional $10 charge for a medicated bath. We have a professional groomer on site who is happy to schedule a full grooming session if desired at the normal grooming price for your pets breed.

For our guests’ safety, we require proof of current vaccinations (DA2PP, Rabies, and Bordetella) from your veterinarian. We also require a current application of Frontline within 30 days of boarding. Vaccinations and Frontline prevention may be updated while your pet is boarding with us. Please inquire for an estimate.

Please note: McDowell Mountain Animal Hospital acknowledges that personal belongings will be left at the owners discretion and we will not be held responsible for any damaged personal effects during your pets stay. If you would prefer not to bring your pets food, we will provide an appropriate food by Royal Canin and this premium food will be added to your charges.

Each condo has …

A shelf for napping, separate privacy room with litter box and fresh litter daily, soft bedding and clean water/food dishes. We keep your pet(s) as comfortable as possible. We encourage you to bring your own food, toys, blankets and even their favorite brand of kitty litter!

For our guest’s safety, we require proof of current vaccinations (FVRCP, Rabies and Feline Leukemia) from your veterinarian. We also require current application of Revolution within 30 days of boarding. Vaccinations & Revolution prevention may be updated while your loved one is boarding with us. Please inquire for an estimate.

Payment is due in full for all services when your pet is released on departure day.
